Common diseases are often fatal for young children in the developing world lacking access to affordable care. When health care isn’t available communities are finding ways to help themselves and each other. By providing training to village healthcare workers, supplies to a local clinic or by supporting local health initiatives, more children will celebrate their fifth birthday and there is a positive impact to the ongoing health of entire communities.
